I'd still like to know where you access all this stuff, otto.  From a personal collection of hard-copies?  If so...Wow.

I have a lot of stuff to post yet. Most are from origional catalogs and some magazines of the time. I have found out from all of these that I like the 1920 best. I guess it is because the car became common for the ordinary person and that progress in the 1920s advanced the car from a rich mans play toy to an every day useful object. Compare the 1915 car to the 1920 car and it is a world of difference in terms of price, depedability an usefulness. It and I am rather narrowly focused though.

I recently ran across a stash of old (to me) fifties car mags and they truly are a hoot.  Unfortunately, none are mine.  I used to keep all my old Autoweeks, R&T's, Automobiles, Car&Drivers, and such, but they really grew so unwieldy it made sense this last move to get rid of all of them via the recycling center.  Suppose I will regret that decision someday, like many others.......
