I think that would be the way to go. There's not a big market for that sort of thing, but I am certain that there are people out there that will take one look at it and say, "Oh, I have got to get me that!"
The auction houses have a diverse enough audience that there's bound to be at least two such people in the crowd. Three, of course, would  be optimal.  ;)

Love the trailer. You are quite the craftsmen - the result is stunning.

Beautiful trailer, and an outstanding bit of custom work.

As to the topic which I apparently neglected for the better part of a year, I'm playing it safe and going with a Gullwing 300SL, narrowly edging out a Miura.

Thanks.

I've always admired the 300SL roadster. I love convertibles.

I thought this was pretty hot. Custom 190SL ala Porsche Speedster.

This is another one of my favorites. You'll notice that it's a "Continental" also.

My favorite "Capital C" Classic would be the Model J and SJ Duesenberg.

After that, I like the following in no particular order:

1967-71 Lamborghini Miura
1956-57 Lincoln Continental Mark II
1958-63 Facel-Vega Excellence
1957-58 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham
1963 Corvette Sting Ray coupe
1936-37 Cord 810 & 812
1963-64 Studebaker Avanti
1937 Packard 12
1962 Ferrari 250 GTO

....and about a dozen others.  Time to add on to the garage (again).

There are plenty of classics I'd love to have, but if I had to narrow it down to just the one to keep it would be a Maserati Mistral Coupe.

I prefer the one that already is a Classic:

Everybody does.
But the 700 is I believe quite rare (more rare maybe) and it has such innovations as a laptop connection.

But I would go for a nice Delahaye, too.

Most cars I like would never be considered 'classic' by the beard-and-flat-cap 'enthusiasts', but this Alfa is one of the most breathtaking cars I have ever seen. I would like this in my living room instead of a TV set. Otherwise I prefer bread-and-butter that are all slightly more affordable!

Or if I couldn't have that I guess a Ferrari 250 Lusso would do...
