Unfortunately I can't read the first word on the front clearly: ...t Sprint.
Any ideas about this 1963 (?) six-wheeler from Ohio?

I'm pretty sure the second word is 'Special' and the plate is from 1962.

A race car with hubcaps? Do the front wheels have clearance to turn? If it wasn't for the plate, I'd think this was more likely a mock-up than a functional car. It resembles a life-sized Hot Wheels toy.
