by chance i DISCOVERED A PHOTO OF IT ON A FACEBOOK PAGE , it uses a Mazda Cosms rear window as the screen , and it may have been constructed by one of the people involved in the MAKI F1 project , it may be called a toguchi , my Japanese is not very good

Gosh Shamrock, that's quite a Facebook discovery, and thanks for adding extra information that I didn't know about this car (Mazda Cosmo rear screen, etc.).

Sadly, even in rough translation from Japanese, Toguchi isn't the name I have for it. Sorry!

after much reading of translated Japanese , I find the name as NATALIE , engine 499cc Honda N360 , owner builder appears to be part of the Maki F1 project , so is that enough for a point
