I don't know anything about this truck, only the year and the location of the picture: one point for the right name (with proofs)

Hi Guys:

Once in a while, I get obsessed with a photo and put far too much research time into finding the answer.
Perhaps, like many of you.  In these cases, I don't care who wins the quiz, I just want to know the answer.

Up until now, I cannot answer the quiz question.  But... I will list my thoughts here and maybe someone else
can find the answer.

1.  The base vehicle may be a Fiat 508, that is the closest I have come so far.
2.  The vehicle is some sort of advertising or propaganda vehicle.
3.  The vehicle is showing a Baby Carriage, a Baby Feeding Chair (High Chair in the US), a Baby Bed and a chair
and something else I cannot identify.
4.  There appears to be a loudspeaker mounted on the rear top of the vehicle.
5.  The architecture piece in the background seems to me to be showing two men carrying grapes or something similar.
This may or may not have anything to do with the vehicle and it's intended purpose.  But......might indicate for example
Italy or Greece.

So, as crazy as it may seem, can this be a vehicle from the mid 1930's that is encouraging the population to,
well, "Have Babies"??

It is Saturday night where I live and I have already had a few glasses of wine so maybe I am totally off the point
but I would really like to see this one solved.
Cheers
Bill

I don't think that is a baby feeding-chair. It looks more like three stacking-type chairs placed in a sort of pyramid, with the centre one on top of another larger Tannoy speaker on the van's cab roof.

Could this be a vehicle for a parade or carnival, prior to being completely decorated, and the three chairs are for participants riding on the float.??
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

To narrow it down, was the photo made in Italy?
