Car #1 from the Unknown Oddities

To follow on from the "What's it I don't know theme" here are a few pictures I have of cars I wanted to post as puzzles but never could as I don't have any information about what they are!

So if anyone can identify or add anything they could always earn a point or two:

#1 is obviously German prewar, and #2 looks like a Swedish custom based on a US car.

The picture comes from a well-known German site but they offer no name or other information on what it might be.

it reminds me of a cross between a dolo and maybe a an adler prototype?
