Hoffmann?

A good intuition indeed...

Could it be a final prototype to revamp the Austrian FELBER?
Incidently in the former pictures shows the names of Hoffmann and Schubert, I haven't found any relation between both brands as the Schuber was a homemade car from the East Germany with an IFA engine, the Hoffmann was a branf from W-Germany using their own engines, could you clarify?

Zündapp?
(Oldtimer Kleinwagen 3-Rad 40er 50er Jahre. Zündapp Prototyp??) - but it had no papers so it's just the owner's imagination. This is the white car you mentioned

I think I've found that white Zündapp prototype but it's not the puzzle car : it has a one-piece windshield, rear quarter windows and conventional doors.

You wrote this few minutes after I found out just the same and posted it in Wendax's puzzle...I thought I had the time to post it here too!  ;D
I found back the white car for sale and it obviously it's not the same car. It's a good and a bad new.
Good new is that I can finally stop thinking of where I saw this, the bad new is that this is now a puzzle like any other but now I have no input to give...

License plate reads B-328. Where can it be? Could it be a clue? I do not known.

I found this on Scharroo's Grab Bag with this description :

This microcar looks a bit like the Heinkel Kabine, but is homemade by a GDR citizen Schubert from Hainichen. The car was originally equipped with a 350cc 15 hp 2-stroke 2-cylinder Ifa BK engine. The entrance is at the front by a door hinged at the bottom. Difficult boarding just as in the Polish Smyk B30.

According to the owner there are two cars built. This car is on display in the Störy Museum near Hildesheim, Germany.

The licence  plate B-328 looks Austrian to me. B would be Burgenland.
