OK, now I understand. In my opinion. this article seems to indicate that this vehicle was intended to be a pilot training device. Hence, I doubt that that it was ever intended to be placed into production as means of transportation, and thus unlikely to have been given a name beyond:
? (inventor's name) Aviator/Pilot Trainer. I'll try to locate the inventor's name, but I doubt that I will be successful by any means other than digging through ancient French patents (to which I have no access).
