Are you sure it is a 4 wheeled vehicle, it looks more like 3 in this picture. Unless it has a very narrow rear track?

This British, 1955, Harley-Davidson 750cc engine, has a name that is a 4 letter Acronymun, not from animals nor person. It was built by a guy (I just have the surname) very known from other UK brand.

it sounds like maybe two builder,s,now to figure out what they did,was it something unusual that they did to the car?

No, it was just one builder. There's nothing unusual, just that it was self built.

I think it's just two ways to solve this one, to find it (Fb group page, that I can't remember which) or working on the words.
