It looks so damn familiar and I´m quite sure I´ve come across it some time ago, but I do not have the slightest clue.

But I´m sure it it none of the Porsche 534, 555 or 728 concepts...

Yes, in the German "Oldtimer Markt" magazine, February edition, on page 196, right next to an obituary for Derek Gardner (designer of the six-wheeled Tyrrell P34) and an article about the Batmobile replica by Fiberglass Freaks .
