No, the NSU Baumm I-IV (this is the right spelling) were much earlier record racing motorcycles.

Just google "Gustav Adolf Baumm" or "Baumm I" "Baumm II" "Baumm III" or "Baumm IV" and you see how they´ve looked like.

But to help: This hot rod together with many others were on tour as exhibits of a big special car exhibition back in those days...
