Thanks for the numerous Locks El-Monty, and sorry for the slow reply; I've been away for the last 48 hours.

I'll start with the two easier ones below, but I'm struggling a bit with 400E and think another puzzler might have now cracked this one.

To complete the full names for other the Locks though, here goes:

400G: Vetrya e-VIAL digital city car from Italy.

400P: Thalia, made by LM & TM in Mexico, with this EV version of the three models available being the Citadino (City), with the other two being the Pick-Up and Convertible.

For 400H, I've found various other model names, but is the HTM-Japan Corporation (part of the Plan Co. Ltd) the maker's name you are looking for? The model could be the 'mini miniature mobility Boom Car.'

Correct, another point for you. Like the Belo, this one is also based on the Tabby EVO platform.

400P: Thalia, made by LM & TM in Mexico, with this EV version of the three models available being the Citadino (City), with the other two being the Pick-Up and Convertible.
That's it, or at least close enough. The company is LM & TH Automóviles, located in Puebla. Thalía City was the model name I wanted. Yet another point going your way.
For 400H, I've found various other model names, but is the HTM-Japan Corporation (part of the Plan Co. Ltd) the maker's name you are looking for? The model could be the 'mini miniature mobility Boom Car.'
The maker's name is indeed HTM, or at least part of it is, but it's not the Japanese HTM Corporation (which is an HR and recruitment company), and the model name is not Boom. You can keep looking, still locked.

Correct, point for you (though it was presented in 2013). Sorry oko94! After all your work the points were swiped from under you... :P

Thanks for the remaining Lock El-Monty, but I must confess that I'm struggling to find the model name here for H. Could it be Komugucci from 2015?!

I know where you found the Komaguchi or Komagichi name (transliterations vary), and for a while I also thought that was its name, but it's not. You have done a lot of the heavy lifting in the search of this car, but since your point haul from this puzzle has been already big enough, I hereby lift the lock. Finish it off guys.

No, that was ruled out back in the first page. Kamisato is the city where this vehicles have been used for an urban mobility project.

I've found that this vehicle was originally designed by Alessandro Pavoni of HTM Auto Italy, for Shandong Group China. And was named MIKI City-Elf EV. It was unveiled at 2013 EICMA

Here Here, I second that. Thanks El-Monty. Have the points been added as yet, as I've not been keeping a recent tally of my points score?! Thanks again.

Yes, I added the points as they were solved. I prefer to do that rather than to wait till it's completely solved, because sometimes it has happened to me when I've played that I solved one or two answers in a group puzzle and then I had to wait a long time to actually get the points because the puzzle stayed incomplete for months.
