Which car is this? Name and builder.

It's a brazilian Koizyztrana, build by José Luiz Vieira in 1981.

Is Kytsyk's Motor3 photo, an image of the Koizyztraña, or is it another image of the puzzle car?

Kytsyk´s photo is na image of the Koizyztraña. BTW, Koizyztraña is pronunciated "Cois' 'stranha", which means "Weird Thing"
