The house in the background says British to me and the car says as home-made as can be, with its normally- rear-light clusters stuck to the front (quite confusing for old duffers like me who remember such designs

Sorry for the slow reply; been overseas for a while. This car is British and home-built, but not from the late 1960s (and those front indicators are indeed rear light clusters, taken from a BMC Austin-Morris J4 van!). Any ideas what it's called?
