Electric van, Smiths and Commer are all correct but the rest is not.

Dodge electric van built by Smith's on Commer 3-ton chassis?
No, but as a clue, it's on a specific Commer chassis type (but not a Dodge, nor a Karrier).

I believe this is a Smith's/NCB High-Top van built on a  Smith Electric 2-ton chassis. Are you looking for another name? The smaller vehicles had model names such as "Commuter" and "Suburbanite", but I wasn't aware of any such model name for the 2-ton van. If I'm wrong, please let me know and I'll see if I can find the name you're looking for.
:)

Yes, I know. This was the reason, why I posted the proof with the exact puzzle picture of the car, where it was called MCB

The M in MCB certainly must be a typo, as NCB stood for Northern Coachbuilders Ltd. and is proven by the picture in reply #34.
Djetset was looking for a specific Commer chassis, so I tend not to call this puzzle solved.
