Out of the 50 or more Lotus Seven replica kitcars that have been offered by UK builders, I've managed to narrow the possibles down to a handful.

It's not a Terrapin, and to save you a lot of time and frustration, I wouldn't waste too much energy on Seven-style replicas as you're rather unlikely to find this one. Sorry!

I believe this was built as a clubmans racer, amongst other things, but the name begins with a letter, not a number.
