Very close! I don't have it as a Saviem-Somua, but just a Saviem, and one letter is missing: M_PV.

Sorry, but I could't find anything more.. I found a cutting from a 1958 Algerian newspaper where it is

described as Somua by Saviem. Feel free to unlock.

You are right about the Somua participation. It looks as if it was first built as a Somua M_P, and after the formation of Saviem (= Renault + Somua + Latil) it was carried on as the Saviem M_P. I won't unlock, as it is quite easy to find (M_P is even an abbreviation for the truck's field of usage).
