I think I saw this at the Blackhawk Collection in Danville. If so, it's the, once again, beautiful result of the American/Italian co-operation in car design; the Cadillac Series 62 Ghia Coupe from 1953.
Still, if it is the car I think it is, it was given by the Shah of Persia to Hollywood aggressiv Rita Hayworth.
