Mölkamp took over the Priamus factory in 1923, continuing the production of the Priamus 8/24 PS and 9/30 PS. Soon after the takeover they introduced the 10/50 PS six-cylinder car, already developed by Priamus. But those cars didn't sell well, so that in 1924 they started to build the Italian Ceirano 6/30 PS under licence as the Mölkamp-Ceirano. The company closed down in 1926.
