Yes, that's the correct answer. It was a car assembled in the USA for sale in the UK - shipping costs must have made that a difficult task. The engine was a 15.7hp Le Roi.

I found this picture online with a logo of some sort in front of the rear wheel (whited out in the puzzle pic). Here is my attempt to remove it.
