It's a Rochdale MkVI body with, of all things, Lagonda Rapier chassis and running gear!

Yes - carnut earns a rare point!

I agree that it's an odd combination and maybe the owner of the chassis just needed something to clothe it. Those skinny wheels look a bit out of place.
