Sorry, I can't keep this puzzle locked for a member who doesn't seem to be participating any more, but I also cannot award the point since there is significant information missing from the answer. Since the name of the car has already been given, this should be easy to complete for any rookie who wants the point.

Valentina / or Valentina Stage 3 (your puzzle 's car) from Chernigov, Ukraine. First presentation of this car - in 1991, BMW 3 and 5-based. The car "Valentina" is named after the wife of the creator Nikolai Tarakanov.

Yep! All correct. The info I had was that the base car was a BMW 518 (E28), but looking into it a bit more it does seem that bits and pieces from other BMWs have been used too throughout its years of development. The puzzle pic is a screencap from one of the handful of Youtube videos that feature the car.
