Bingo!
The photo comes from a display in Perth, organized by the Veteran Car Club of Western Australia for the National Motoring Heritage Day in May 2012.

Thank you for the point.

Would it be worthwhile, to post on solved puzzles the methods used to find a solution?  Example:

I searched for "australia concours 1920" with a blue filter, once we narrowed it down to Australia and 1920.

Some time ago when we were suspicious of some members, we did ask them to explain how they found the answer. It was a temporary measure and things now seem to be running smoothly.

Each member of AP has their own system for solving puzzles and many wish to keep their sources close to their chest. It's why I always use the phrase "a certain site"! Some of us will know which one I mean, some won't. It's all part of the fun IMHO - if we start explaining how we solved something, everyone and his dog will then discover sources or systems for solving puzzles which are closely-guarded secrets.

It's like telling the burglar the whereabouts of the family silver.
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

Well thanks sixtee5cuda for teaching me how to use the colour filter! I didn't know about this tool before :D
