Looks like a high chassis 4½ litre Invicta of about 1930 to me.

I'm not good at identifying coachwork but for some reason I guessed Lancefield as there's a low chassis Invicta d.h.c. by them in Nick Walker's book. A Google search seems to confirm that guess.
