The car is not related to Ford. However, its designer now works at Ford

This is the SRG Global Concept. It was designed by Daniel Kangas. SRG Global is an automotive chrome parts supply company.

dracu777 nailed it. The SRG Global Concept was designed as a virtual showcase for SRG Global to show their products and capabilities on their website and smartphone app. For this they held a design contest, won by then student Kangas, who is now working at Ford in Michigan. Well done.
