GTC208 is the 1980 Toleman TG280 F2 car probably with Brian Henton at the wheel (#7 was 'his' number, #8 was Derek Warwick's) and maybe on the old Nürburgring (Nordschleife) circuit
The original pic you've posted is named "bh-mug80" so, I guess "mug" most likely stands for Mugello...(Brian Henton, Mugello 1980)

Allemano: GTC208 is indeed Mugello and your other details are right as well.
Shamrock: You've gotten the driver and car right for GTC217 but not the circuit.

Perhaps 217 is Castle Combe, but it's a long time since I was there, so can't really remember it well enough

Yes it is, well done. Dave Morgan's Chevron B25-Ford in the Radio Luxembourg F2 Trophy of 1973. One point 2U.

218 looks South African but we know it isn't Kyalami.  Could it be East London?

GTC205: Autodromo di Pergusa?
Yep it is Enna-Pergusa, Emanuele Naspetti's Reynard F3000 car in 1991. One point to you.
Is #218 British? Are these F5000 cars?
They are F5000 cars but they are not pictured at a British circuit
Are these F5000 cars?

Yes.

I think #218 could be Philip Island, Australia.  If anyone can confirm it then a mod can put this one away.
