You open the door then breathe in as far as you can before squeezing yourself through the miniscule gap, taking great care not to do yourself a serious injury in your nether regions on the bottom corner of the windscreen..!
I think it was designed by a woman getting her own back on some man who had crossed her...!
The windscreen and the doors are one unit that can be flipped up.
So it is time for another hint now:
it ended up as an American custom car in its second life!
