This one is a Swiss Army Mowag T-1 from ca 1957-1959.

Built from mostly Dodge parts, most were Command Cars and Emergency vehicles.

Your photo seems to be more recent and looks a bit like some sort of "Expedition" vehicle made from a surplus T-1.
