The spelling of the name in the headline should be corrected as Gotthard Ri

ek is correct.
This is his second eight-wheeler. The first one was built around 1925 based on a Brennabor.

This car has been puzzled before. Its builder was not Hans Richter, but Gotthard Rimmek.
Merged and picture in the first post amended.
