I should add a caveat. It is neither of these according to the source, but I think it's possible the source is mistaken and it's actually 4CV-based. With nothing else to go on, I'm sticking with what the source says for now.

The pilot in that photo was also the builder. Any idea who he was or which Renault model was claimed as the basis of his creation?

Eaton's grandson describes it as an "850 special," but I think 750 (4CV) is more likely. The point is yours. :thumbsup:
