SOLVED: si_764 - Magirus-Deutz - M 230 T 117 - by Gangloff

Off into the distance! But with what?
The manufacturer and type of the base vehicle must be named and, of course, the coachbuilder.

Yes, it's a Magirus-Deutz by Gangloff (fromwien), type M 230 T 117 (Wendax). As we don't have half points, I'll have to sleep for a night to decide which of you gets the point ;-)

Dear 'sichel',
So that you sleep even worse this night, I have to tell you that I won't have been satisfied with only a half of a point  ;)
You asked three things. I answered two of them:
1) Manufacturer: Büssing: 33,3%
3) Coachbuilder: Gangloff: 33,3%
 :)

But you still caught one!
After fromwien's ‘objection’, I spent the whole morning trying to convert our points calculation into fractions. I didn't succeed :-( So there's a full point for each of you :-)

Thank you very much, 'sichel'

I only hope, this was a correct decision in regard to future puzzles. You know, I am not really interested in points, but solving puzzles, fairness and justice to all players are in my foreground.

I UNDERSTAND, THAT IN THE FUTURE ALL PLAYERS WHO ADD DETAILS OR COMPLETE PREVIOUS PARTIAL RIGHT RESPONSES OF OTHER PLAYERS IMMEDIATELY, WILL ALSO RECEIVE POINTS

P.S. I am sure, this wasn't in 'Wendax's' sense with his answer. I think, he knew the puzzle bus as well as I did, only answering a little bit too late  :)

Yes, I was just a little slower.  :) But it is a rather common practice to give puzzle points to more than one puzzler in case of both supplying relevant parts of the answer before the puzzle poster locked the puzzle for the author of the first reply. (As I said before, I didn't mean to get a point for my question about the model this time. But thanks anyway.)

Yes, OK! I only wanted to make that clear for all of us
It is sometimes very easy to search on the net or in the own database for missing details, by using the right parameters provided by another player
