One of the five 'Cuno Bistram-Wagen' (fron 1948 to 1972 these vehicles were driven by children and adults in the Hagenbeck Zoo, Hamburg)

Yes, it is a school project by the OBS (=Oberschule) Papenteich in Schwülper near Braunschweig (Brunswick).
It is supposed to be a modern interpretation of the Cuno Bistram and referred to as "the seventh car" over here: https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2011-39/solved-cuno-bistram-1954-siata-004/msg260415/#msg260415
