Make?  Model?  Year?  And what was unusual about its power plant?

Panhard Dynamic Couach 4 glaces (windows), 1936. Center seat driven. The front suspension and the central steering were grafted directly on the engine.

Panhard is correct.
The model is slightly different from my source who said "Dynamic, then a number".
1936 is correct.
I'm looking for something unusual about its engine

Dynamic type X76, 2516 cc engine
Dynamic type X77, 2861 cc engine

These Dynamics have identical charactereristics, but a different engine displacement. The engine has no valves ("sans soupapes") but it has sleeve valves, licenced from Knight.

My source had "Dynamic 130" for the 2516 cc model.  (Wikipedia says the "130" name reflected its 130 km/hr maximum speed.)  I'm sure your X76 and X77 designations are also correct.
The sleeve valved engine is what I was looking for.  One of many unusual or innovative ideas incorporated into the car

The first car I fell in love with. I was 5 years by this time.

According to the museum's (Museo del Automóvil y la Moda in Malaga) own website this car is from 1938 and equipped with a 2900 cc engine.
That would make it a 1938 Panhard et Levassor Dynamic 140 X77 Coach.

Many details (radiator grille,...) indicate model years 1936 and 1937
The front bumper is definitely model year 1938

pictures attached: Model year 1936 and 1938

The four-window Coach Major made its first appearance in February 1937, so it can't be a 1936 car.
You are right though that grille and bumper are from different model years.

Sorry, unfortunately I have another information (see attachement); apparently it looks like the Major could have been ordered at the end of 1936..

Yes, I must agree. I misread the French text where it sounded to me that the Major Coach 4 GL superseded the Major Coupé (which was discontinued in January 1937). I should have looked through the whole article where your price list appeared, too.
