It's a Stoewer D-type, probably D3 or D5, from around 1923. 

I don't think it's as late as 1925 because the radiator sides flared out a little then.

Coachwork, if not by Stoewer, might be by Gläser?

Yes, regarding its sheer size I think it is a D5 or even a D6. I don't know the coachbuilder. One more point for you.
