Yes, it is a Hanomag Sturm. It looks as if it was converted into a truck. Quite interesting is the door orientation. All Hanomag Sturm I know have suicide doors for the driver. So someone must have converted the presumably shortened door to open in the opposite direction. It was perhaps done by the Thabe & Sohn company where the picture was taken.
