Yes, that should be about right for model and year. I took the pictures from a sales ad where it is claimed to be a 1925 Unic 13 CV which can't be right. The radiator, the artillery wheels, the fenders, the lights, the copper section between engine bay and cowl all are pre-1920. So one more point for you.
