Don't know what I could offer, as I am not finding much info on this in English...and I can't read its native language...It is not an germanic language.

This seems to be one of only 2 pictures published of this vehicle that still exists. The other pic appears to be taken at the factory with several of them lined up.

That looks like the Soviet Pobeda Sport - a race car based on the standard Pobeda GAZ-M20. The year this thing saw the light of day is usually given as 1950. The model designation was GAZ SG-1, if I'm not mistaken?

Hmm, I’m afraid that’s all I have. For a while I thought you might have the GAZ-Torpedo in mind but that was a (slightly later) separate model classified as an ‘SG2’.
