It is A Borgward B611 (B1500F), not 1959, but little earlier. Bodywork not from Argentina

Borgward B-1500F, 1958, by Nummela, Finland. Owned by ORA & KNIT from 1958 to 1965, and by Peltonen & Kiviniemi after 1965.
