I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

PL17?
Panhard Dyna Z with a Tigre engine?
The source says, the base is a Panhard PL17, but I want to correct the source by myself and agree with a previous answer of "hermanoto":

The base is a Dyna Z with Tigre engine

But wether PL17- or Dyna Z-based, it's still a special car

Yes, a Dyna Z with Citroen DS front end and Simca Oceane rear end. But which coachbuilder built it?
