I'm afraid it's not a Lotus.

There are so many Lotus Seven lookalikes that it could be.  Is this a Westfield?

Not a Westfield. This is a one-off.

Built in Ireland?
(And powered by a peat-burning engine  ;) )

We got there! Originally with a Ford s/v 1172 and later fitted with a Ford Kent crossflow, but now restored back to 1172 with an Elva ohc conversion.

This car was featured in a very well-known magazine. I'm surprised it took so long. Well done and one point.
