Two out of three ain't bad! It is a Mercedes-Benz bodied by Schenk for Horex, but it was not built on a L 5500 chassis. Locked for you.

Than it is a L 5000 from 1952 or earlier with a substructure from 1953. L 6600 had a bonnet with shorter maintance flaps.

Looking at the distance between the louvers on the hood and the top of the fenders I'm quite sure it is an O 6600 chassis.
