Funnily enough, I found an article on the net which states that this prototype was the evolution of a previous prototype nicknamed "Murli" and I also found that the production vehicle was nicknamed "Laubfrosch" or tree frog. I didn't realise that this also had a name, but the nose badge appears to say Wr Leicht-Baby or Light Baby

Yes, I didn't notice its name "Wr. Leicht-Baby" (= Wiener Leicht-Baby = Light Baby from Vienna) either before I saw a high-resolution picture of the car today. Otherwise I would have edited the puzzle picture.  ;)
