Yes, it is the Tyseley, but my source has a slightly different HP rating mentioned. Locked for you.

The Red Book gives 8hp, Georgano gives 8/10hp, so I can't do better than that.

I'll called it solved, the point is well deserved.
My source calls it a 6-8 HP, so I think we can settle for 8 hp.
