Does this car's name include the name 'Fiat 147' or is it branded differently?

Difficult to answer correctly: '147' is part of its name for sure, sometimes 'Fiat' is used additionally to its brand...

Yes, Fittipaldi (Fiat) 147. That' the first part of the game. These are the other parts to solve: Base car? Name? Built by? Who made the technical modification? When? Where?

Locked for 727

Fiat delivered CKD-parts to 'Fittipald Empreendimentos' in Barueri, Sao Paulo, directed by Wilson Fittipaldi Jr., where the cars should have been built. Their target was to finish 50 cars per month. Only four were actually built.
The Fitti-brothers hired Jorge Lettry, the great ex-technician of Vemag and Puma, to sportively tune up the Fiat 147 Rallye anyway... They wanted to create 'The Brazilian Abarth'
