The seat and steering wheel position are inconsistent with the front end of this vehicle. Does this vehicle have a rotating cabin?

Terberg is correct, I am not absolutely sure about the type, as I don't know whether it is a 4x4 or a 4x2. the letter-number-cmbination ends in a 2, but not in 82. Locked for you.

Yes, either RT 222 or TT 222. I think you can't tell without looking at the mechanics. The truck is displayed outside the harbour museum in Hamburg.
