It's a Chenard et walcker by Sprengers in 1928 and the names of the two cars are reversed in the document

.....don't always believe what you read in the papers! In spite of the captioning in the document, the so called "Chenard et Walcker" is a Bignan 11CV. The radiator is certainly not that of a Chenard, and the lack of rear brake drums confirms the Hallot servo front brakes typical of the 11CV Bignan. No doubt it would also have a transmission brake. :bow:
