.....don't always believe what you read in the papers! In spite of the captioning in the document, the so called "Chenard et Walcker" is a Bignan 11CV. The radiator is certainly not that of a Chenard, and the lack of rear brake drums confirms the Hallot servo front brakes typical of the 11CV Bignan. No doubt it would also have a transmission brake.
