I was thinking French by the inner camber but styling contradicts it. This clay model hides details but I assume rear air cooled engined and no existence of a front grille. Can't figure out the door openings but look-wise it seems Soviet or Eastern Bloc-ish.

I think this should be it, - early (cca. 1957) Smyk microcar by BKPMot of Poland, engine from Junak motorcycle, front door entrance.

I think this is the second version model 'B31', restyled and with improved propulsion and to accommodate 4 adults, 1957 or 1958 (varying sources).
