Looks similar to  37 or 38 International truck.

it's a very good beginning as it is based on an International truck. Locked for 3 attempts to find the coachbuilder

No idea on the coachbuilder, but it is a pretty stylish looking bus. So feel free to unlock it. I am assuming European, but we even had buses like this in Australia from some obscure local coachbuilders.

1937 D series International built by Ralph Risely, coach-builders in Christchurch, for Webb's Motors Ltd, Raetihi.
