Mahieux CF3 (Francois Mahieux), created by Charles Faroux (very interesting and famous person!), 1974, Renault R16 engine

Yes, it is the Mahieux CF3. But it was built by Francois Mahieux, not by Charles Faroux who already died in 1957. The CF designation was chosen by Mahieux to commemorate his great great uncle Charles Faroux.
