Looks similar to a Spijkstaal which were primarily used as mobile shops, but looking at the stars on the body this one is probably in its second life and being used for educational purposes?

Good ideas, but not correct so far. It is not a Spijkstaal and its main purpose is not educational, although it may be part of it.

GOVA Mobile church it seems to be. GOVA is very similar to Spijkstaal and also Dutch.
